I don't mind the noise overall but this camera is very noisy in the shadows...i shoot a picture in the sunlight and then print it...picture quality is awesome but in the shadows...man so much noise...
maybe the d2x will solve the day?...lol
what do other d2h shooters think?

As many readers may know for I-129 that is used for H, L and O Petition has been revised. On December 20, 2010, USCIS informed stakeholders that it will accept previous editions of Form I-129 that are postmarked on or before December 22, 2010. Petitions postmarked on or after December 23, 2010, must include the new Form-129 with a November 23, 2010, revision date or else they will be rejected. This contradicts earlier guidance stating that the last day USCIS could accept previous editions of the form was December 22, 2010.
We hope that this update clarifies some of the confusion regarding the last date the old form can still be used.

How quickly can we change the job safely after receiving a GC?
The next job may not be of the same job description. Are there any formalities that we need to fulfill if we are changing jobs immediately after receiving GC(withink a couple of months)

I'm about to start reading British native Simon Winchester's 2003 bestseller Krakatoa: The Day the World Exploded about the massive Indonesian volcano. I've always had a fascination with natural disasters all the way back to writing a junior high school research paper on hurricanes when I was growing up in Miami. Winchester's book on Krakatoa and his 2005 book A Crack in the Edge of the World about the 1906 San Francisco earthquake have had great reviews and I'm looking forward to reading both. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will make available Premium Processing Service for designated Form I-140 petitions1 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker) filed for alien workers in H-1B nonimmigrant status who are reaching the end of their sixth year in H-1B nonimmigrant status. Starting on June 16, 2008, USCIS will begin accepting Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, for Forms I-140 filed for alien beneficiaries who, as of the date of filing the Form I-907:
* Are currently in H-1B nonimmigrant status;
* Will reach the end of their 6th year of their H-1B nonimmigrant stay in 60 days;
* Are only eligible for a further H-1B extension under AC21 �104(c)2 upon approval of their Form I-140 petition; and
* Are ineligible to extend their H-1B status under AC21 �106(a)3.

I have exact opposite case. My 140 was approved at TSC. Lawyers sent 485 to NSC. I asked they said its ok. Since they sent copy of 140 with 485. You can file anywhere.

Hi:
My full 6 years of H-1B expires in Jan 2010. My labor will be filed in Jan 2009. I would like to go back to school full time on F-1 in Fall 09. At that time, I would still have 5 months of H-1B time remaining plus a priority date. After I graduate, find a job on a new OPT, would it be enough time to start a new GC processing, without having to go back home for a year?

I need to apply for AP.
I am in I-485 pending status. Could some one give clarification for the following questions on I-131 doc.
Part I. Information about you
3. Class of admission (is this correct?)
Ex: H1B/H4
Part 3. Processing Information
4. Have you ever been issued a reentry pertmit or Refugee Travel document?
I am in AOS status(I-485 pending). I got twice Travel Document (AP) approved so for.
There is no mention of AP in this question. what should I answer for this question.
I am also applying AP for my family members. Do I need file G-28 for my family members(Is it only for Attorney representation)

When I got back from overseas travel this time, at San Francisco, the Customs person took both my AP's and stamped one and gave it back to me and kept the other with him.
I remember previously when I had two AP's one was stamped and the other was returned unstamped.
My AP was multiple entry both times.
I need top travel again next month. Any idea if I can travel on my current stamped AP or there is a problem.
